Efficient and clear consultation from both Kenny and Melvin. Applause for their honesty! Just a small complaint about the traffic conditions surrounding the showroom.
After service:
The SPC flooring installation itself was fine. However, the after sales service has been quite disappointing.
First, their installer accidentally scratched my wall but did not inform me. Later, they lost my house key. Since then, communication has become very passive.
More recently, another subcontractor scratched part of my flooring while moving heavy furniture, so I needed to have a small section replaced. I contacted them several times to request a quotation and arrange a site visit, but I have not received any response.
The installation quality was acceptable, but the after sales support and communication have been a letdown.

I had very good experience with Queens Floor from the very beginning. First, the admin was quick to redirect me to one of their SA, and I was fortunate to be consulted with SA Teoh who immediately contacted me to tend to my questions. He was proactive, informative, polite, super helpful and very friendly both via WhatsApp and in person. He double checked everything and always comes back with a clear answer. He will always try to give the best to us, even entertaining different ideas and changes in plans. Even if we decided not to proceed with something, he is understanding & professional.
To the company, I hope you treat him well and with this exemplary character, I'm sure he will bring in lots of returning customers in the future.

Very happy with my experience with Queens Floor. Their pricing was competitive, and the customer service throughout the entire process was excellent. Matthew was responsive, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish.
They were able to provide the SPC flooring I wanted, including matching stair nosing for a seamless look. The installation was executed very well, and the finished result looks fantastic.

Amazing service by Kenny. He guided us through materials and patiently handled our design dilemma. He made sure the whole installation process was smooth and done to perfection. The installers were very knowledgeble and did not rush the process by compromising the finishing. Slight delays were there but due to reasonable reasons which was fine to us as Kenny took the time to explain and made sure the installation was smooth. Prices were extremely competitive too for the quality and finishing provided. Highly recommended. Look for Kenny and you will be in good hands.

I had a pleasant experience walking in to Queen’s Floor. I was attended to by Sumail, who was clear and answered all my questions promptly. He also came to finalise the measurements of my house and provided the estimated cost. Everything was smooth and easy. Personally chose Queen’s Floor because I wanted a specific type of SPC (stone) and was so glad I decided to walk in to experience it for myself!
