Amazing service by Kenny. He guided us through materials and patiently handled our design dilemma. He made sure the whole installation process was smooth and done to perfection. The installers were very knowledgeble and did not rush the process by compromising the finishing. Slight delays were there but due to reasonable reasons which was fine to us as Kenny took the time to explain and made sure the installation was smooth. Prices were extremely competitive too for the quality and finishing provided. Highly recommended. Look for Kenny and you will be in good hands.

He also came to finalise the measurements of my house and provided the estimated cost. Everything was smooth and easy. I’m very disappointed with the quality and durability of the SPC flooring installed in my unit. Within less than three months, visible scratches have already appeared - some stretching as long as 4-5 ft. These marks only became noticeable after all renovation work and the installation of heavy items were done, so they were not caused during the moving process.
While I understand that SPC flooring is not entirely scratch-proof, I expected a reasonable level of scratch resistance. The fact that it has shown such visible damage in such a short time is a total letdown. The existing flooring in my rooms, on the other hand, have shown better durability.
Edit (further response): Would like to point out that these scratches are spread across the entire SPC flooring. Unless you are suggesting that sharp objects have been consistently in contact with all areas, I find the scratch resistance of the material to be unsatisfactory. In comparison, the laminate section shows no such issues, which further underscores the disparity in durability.
